Pickfords Marathon runner raises £3,000 for NSPCC

20150426_095031 - CopyWell done to Pickfords Sales Consultant Mat Jeary for completing Sunday’s London Marathon in 5 hours 53 minutes, raising £3,197 for Pickfords’ partner charity, the NSPCC.

Mat described the Marathon as “the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life,” explaining that he “hit the wall” in the last ten miles, but had an “amazing day” overall.

Mat was one of a record 38,000 runners tackling this year’s gruelling 26.2-mile race.

Congratulations to Mat for completing the race, and thank you to everyone who donated and otherwise showed their support.
